I have my Toyota van serviced here regularly. The staff are friendly and keep you informed about what is happening with your vehicle. The waiting room is comfortable.
Service manager was a jerk. He seemed uninterested in making any extra effort to contact Enterprise Fleet to get authorization and payment. Refused to release the vehicle until payment was received and he expected me to pay for the service when it is a fleet vehicle.
They were very professional and the service was fast, the inspection video I get about my vehicle helps build my confidence in the repair.
My service experience was very timely. I did not have to wait long. I got a discount for an afternoon booking which was very helpful in reducing the cost. I did tell them I had already changed the cabin air filter, but they left one in my truck and charged for it. I did not appreciate that.
Great customer service by Nieves Garcia and Luke Mason. Compared used and new Toyota in order to make the best descion. They made the purchase of a new Toyota Tacome easy.
I would recommend this dealership’s service department. The last few times that I’ve brought my Tacoma and Highlander in for servicing, it has been a good experience. The appointment was easy to make. There were 3 recalls on the Highlander that they recognized and took care of. They also had a free Uber ride to and from the appointment.
I took my car in for a recall. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Brian was very friendly and took the time to make sure all of my vehicles needs were addressed. I hadn’t had a good experience in the past at this dealership so I was very weary of how this appointment would go. Got a nail in the tire, went in to get 4 new tires since it was around that time anyway. The guys here sold me three tires left the spare and the flat tire. Never returning here to these geniuses.
I started this process 3 months ago and looked at every Brand available from Ford, Nissan, Chevy and GMC and ended up at Toyota. I don't like to visit this dealership most of the time. When I bought my previous Toyota, they refused to sell me one for a reasonable price. I bought in Dallas and saved around $10,000. I had an appointment to have my one hundred thousand mile check up done which when I got there they didn’t know that was what I came in for. I had my appointment at 11:30 but got there at 10:30 but was informed that my car was just being started at 3:30 when I called to check on it. Friendly, courteous, knowledge, stay in communication about my vehicle service needs, repairs are done in a timely manner. They provide an Uber to take me home and when the service is completed they pick me up and take me back to the dealership.
Service advisor Adam B. is top notch. I only work with him when I can. He knows I'm particular with my two cars that I have serviced here so he matches that energy and makes sure to get my cars taken care of exactly how I want.

It's no longer Gene Messer Toyota. The texts don't work well. They ask you to call them but then it goes to the front desk every time. The approval process on the estimates is sketchy. I'm thankful for getting my car repaired without an appointment and I suppose 2 days was reasonable. I was stranded from out of town so getting my car repaired where I made it home safely was most appreciated.
Service department is a “well oiled machine”! Fast, friendly service in a very clean environment.

Group 1 Toyota Hub City, Lubbock, TX is very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful with any problem you may have. Especially David, one of the service advisors. I am not tech savvy and David continuously helps me with WiFi, internet connection, and understanding of dashboard panel. David is very kind and diligent to make you feel comfortable in asking questions. He always goes out of his way for you as a customer. He is a keeper. I have so much respect David and this company. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

Lubbock Texas.. Amanda in services was not very helpful and actually forgot about me when I went to pick my vehicle up. I waited 30+ minutes another associate brought me the WRONG CAR and I finally got help from someone else and had my car within seconds while Amanda was no where to be found..

I took the car in for recall work, and it was not starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again. They made no effort to make it right except for me to get somebody else to help me get it started and to figure out how to get it back to the dealership.
