Brady Keys serves as General Manager of Group 1 Toyota Hub City. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Brady earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997 and began his career at the dealership that same year. He has served as General Manager since 2004.

Brady is passionate about building a winning culture centered on exceptional customer service, employee development, and strong relationships throughout the West Texas community. He believes the dealership’s success comes from great people working together, holding themselves to high standards, and treating every customer like family.

Brady is actively involved in the community and serves on the boards of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Texas Tech Chapter of the National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete program.

Brady and his wife, Amanda, have been married for over 30 years and are proud to call West Texas home. They have two sons. Away from the dealership, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching football, camping in Colorado, and traveling.

Originally from Celina, TX, Austin moved to Lubbock in 2014 to attend Texas Tech University and quickly fell in love with West Texas and its people. He began his career in the automotive industry in 2017 and has been with Group 1 Toyota since 2019. He has built his career around a love for solving problems, earning people’s trust, and creating customers for life.

Austin believes buying a car should be easy, transparent, and fun. As a leader, he is passionate about developing a sales team that loves creating world-class customer experiences, as well as seeing his team grow professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, Serenity and their son, playing golf, hunting and being outdoors, snowboarding, reading and cheering on the Red Raiders!

Brandon has been proudly serving customers at Group 1 Toyota Hub City since April 2019, bringing more than seven years of dealership experience to the team. He has built his career around helping people feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their car-buying experience. Brandon takes genuine pride in caring for his customers and treating each person with the attention and respect they deserve.

Born in New Zealand, Jordan spent eight years living in Mexico, where he became fluent in Spanish and gained a deep appreciation for different cultures. He has called Lubbock home since 2012 and enjoys traveling, skiing, surfing, camping, and making memories with his wife and their four children. Jordan has been a valued member of the team since March 2014 and currently serves as Pre-Owned Director. With more than a decade of experience, he takes pride in building lasting relationships through trust, honesty, and personalized service while helping every customer find the right vehicle for their needs.

Shawn Perez is one of the New Car Managers, motivating the sales team to reach their full potential while making the car-buying process enjoyable for every customer. With more than 10 years of experience with Group 1 Automotive, Shawn brings energy, dedication, and a team-first attitude to his role. 

A graduate of Post High School in Post, Texas, Shawn proudly served the Post Volunteer Fire Department for nine years. He and his wife, Paige, have been married for 13 years and have called New Home, Texas, home for the past several years. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, working out, and staying active with their three sports-loving sons, Keaton, Kasey, and Kaden. 

Originally from Littlefield, Texas, DJ Hayes is the Internet Sales Manager at Group 1 Toyota – Hub City, where he’s passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle and creating a great car-buying experience. He enjoys leading and developing his sales team while building lasting relationships with customers throughout West Texas. Outside of work, DJ enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, working out, golfing, traveling, and cheering on the Lakers and Texas Tech. 

Robert Fullerton is the Finance Director at Group 1 Toyota Hub City, where he has been a part of the Group 1 Automotive family since 2011. He graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. 

Throughout his career with Group 1, Robert has had the opportunity to build and lead multiple successful finance teams. He believes that a strong finance department starts with great leadership, a commitment to taking care of customers, and a focus on providing financing and protection options that best fit each customer’s needs. 

Outside of work, family is at the center of Robert’s life. He and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 33 years and have two children, Braden and Gracyn. Robert is also proud to welcome his daughter-in-law, Sarah, to the family. He enjoys bringing family and friends together and is known for hosting big gatherings at his home. 

In his free time, Robert enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His favorite activities include basketball, pickleball, and a variety of other outdoor sports and activities.
