Brian was very friendly and took the time to make sure all of my vehicles needs were addressed. I had severe doubts about his comments as I had been let down by others previously. After weeks of dealing he came up with the deal that was great on a Fully loaded truck with all my features and options I wanted but it was still just outside my budget, so he refigured another deal on a vehicle that had most of my features/options and that’s what I ended up getting , I did have to give up a few features I really wanted but he did an amazing job on what he had available. I even spoke to the other dealership and they advised me I would be dumb to pass on this deal that no one would ever be able to match it. Yes I do hate not having all the options I wanted but it definitely better than what I was currently driving. I would definitely do business again with this dealership but specifically with Manager Austin Vaden and if need be follow him wherever he goes. I really appreciate him and his commitment and understanding of my situation and he listened carefully and worked hard to get me as close to my dream truck as possible!!! So thank you Austin you are my hero and I appreciate you and thank you for your time and effort you showed me through out this process. I did fight hard to get a few luxuries done at the end but he was unable to get those done with the deal. I highly recommend Austin and his team if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I don't like to visit this dealership most of the time. When I bought my previous Toyota, they refused to sell me one for a reasonable price. I bought in Dallas and saved around $10,000. Today, I took it for a $17.76 oil change and to have the battery checked, not planing to get it fixed there but couldn't pass up the cheap oil change and fee testing. Colby helped me today and was SO nice. He did everything he could to make my time there pleasant. It did take over 2 hours to get the oil changed and a replacement battery, which is extreme, but he was very pleasant. I did see Bryan who went through the waiting areas and spoke to entwined that was waiting for their car except for me. If I have to go back, I'll definitely ask for Colby. So far, he is there only one over found there that is nice.

Friendly, courteous, knowledge, stay in communication about my vehicle service needs, repairs are done in a timely manner. They provide an Uber to take me home and when the service is completed they pick me up and take me back to the dealership.
Service advisor Adam B. is top notch. I only work with him when I can. He knows I'm particular with my two cars that I have serviced here so he matches that energy and makes sure to get my cars taken care of exactly how I want.

It's no longer Gene Messer Toyota. The texts don't work well. They ask you to call them but then it goes to the front desk every time. The approval process on the estimates is sketchy. I'm thankful for getting my car repaired without an appointment and I suppose 2 days was reasonable. I was stranded from out of town so getting my car repaired where I made it home safely was most appreciated.

I took the car in for recall work, and it was not starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again. They made no effort to make it right except for me to get somebody else to help me get it started and to figure out how to get it back to the dealership.
Clean, friendly competent Time between drop off (8am) and call with estimate of repair (after 1pm) was long in my estimation. However after that job was completed quickly and correctly.
I left to get my truck fix and came back with things that were not wrong but now it is. My cruise no longer works and my collision light is on and never has been but picked up my truck. And now yall want me to pay to see what’s wrong not fair and not right. Yall need to make it right.

Lack of communication in the service department. Was told my vehicle would be ready the next day which was Friday and then didn’t hear anything. I called and didn’t get ahold of anyone until Saturday. Then they told me my parts wouldn’t be in until Monday. I asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle and they said no and that the rental places were already closed. I was without my for 3 days when I could have just picked it up and took my car back when parts were available. Poor communication on their end.

Gene Messer Toyota Service Department takes great care of their customers! I have taken my Prius to them for over 10 years. They keep you informed + let you know if they discover additional problems. Today, while awaiting the 16 point Inspection, I recevied a text message with a video moving over my car's underside + detailing all the points. From the oil change- 'no problems', to the rear brakes 'probably needing work in 5000 miles'. Everyone is courteous + helpful. I will always take my car to them as needed.

I ton my car in for a check engine light. When they told me what the problem was I explained that the radiator was previously replaced by an auto body shop because I hit a deer over a year ago and asked if it wasn’t just a loose hose connection and I got no response just an estimate for the repair. $1665 which is astronomical. I won’t buy or use Toyota ever again. this is ridiculous!
I have my Lexus serviced at Gene Messer Toyota. They have always been very accommodating and reliable. In addition they make you feel like they genuinely appreciate your business. This is such a sharp contrast to our local Lexus dealer. On top of this, they are considerably less expensive for the same services and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.
They’re great. The staff is incredibly kind, and their work is clean and honest. Prices feel very fair. The interior is clean and comfortable. All around a very good place to get your car serviced.
