Service manager was a jerk. He seemed uninterested in making any extra effort to contact Enterprise Fleet to get authorization and payment. Refused to release the vehicle until payment was received and he expected me to pay for the service when it is a fleet vehicle.
They were very professional and the service was fast, the inspection video I get about my vehicle helps build my confidence in the repair.
My service experience was very timely. I did not have to wait long. I got a discount for an afternoon booking which was very helpful in reducing the cost. I did tell them I had already changed the cabin air filter, but they left one in my truck and charged for it. I did not appreciate that.

I would recommend this dealership’s service department. The last few times that I’ve brought my Tacoma and Highlander in for servicing, it has been a good experience. The appointment was easy to make. There were 3 recalls on the Highlander that they recognized and took care of. They also had a free Uber ride to and from the appointment.

I was working with a different dealership in another town that had initially broke the records for an amazing deal. But when I was talking to Austin about my current deal and my situation that I’m retiring and was on a strict budget he understood and told me he would beat their deal and get me in my truck. I had severe doubts about his comments as I had been let down by others previously. After weeks of dealing he came up with the deal that was great on a Fully loaded truck with all my features and options I wanted but it was still just outside my budget, so he refigured another deal on a vehicle that had most of my features/options and that’s what I ended up getting , I did have to give up a few features I really wanted but he did an amazing job on what he had available. I even spoke to the other dealership and they advised me I would be dumb to pass on this deal that no one would ever be able to match it. Yes I do hate not having all the options I wanted but it definitely better than what I was currently driving. I would definitely do business again with this dealership but specifically with Manager Austin Vaden and if need be follow him wherever he goes. I really appreciate him and his commitment and understanding of my situation and he listened carefully and worked hard to get me as close to my dream truck as possible!!! So thank you Austin you are my hero and I appreciate you and thank you for your time and effort you showed me through out this process. I did fight hard to get a few luxuries done at the end but he was unable to get those done with the deal. I highly recommend Austin and his team if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I don't like to visit this dealership most of the time. When I bought my previous Toyota, they refused to sell me one for a reasonable price. I bought in Dallas and saved around $10,000. So when I bought my current Toyota in Oklahoma, I swore I wouldn't go to Hub City for anything. Unfortunately, I had questions about how top use all the new features. The first time I went, Bryan lied and said my car didn't come worth remote start. The second time I went, it was for the $19.95 oil change. Same gentleman helped me and again was rude. Today, I took it for a $17.76 oil change and to have the battery checked, not planing to get it fixed there but couldn't pass up the cheap oil change and fee testing. Colby helped me today and was SO nice. He did everything he could to make my time there pleasant. It did take over 2 hours to get the oil changed and a replacement battery, which is extreme, but he was very pleasant. I did see Bryan who went through the waiting areas and spoke to entwined that was waiting for their car except for me. If I have to go back, I'll definitely ask for Colby. So far, he is there only one over found there that is nice.
They seem to be reliable and trustworthy. Everyone is friendly and the service doesn't take too long.

Friendly, courteous, knowledge, stay in communication about my vehicle service needs, repairs are done in a timely manner. They provide an Uber to take me home and when the service is completed they pick me up and take me back to the dealership.
Service advisor Adam B. is top notch. I only work with him when I can. He knows I'm particular with my two cars that I have serviced here so he matches that energy and makes sure to get my cars taken care of exactly how I want.

It's no longer Gene Messer Toyota. The texts don't work well. They ask you to call them but then it goes to the front desk every time. The approval process on the estimates is sketchy. I'm thankful for getting my car repaired without an appointment and I suppose 2 days was reasonable. I was stranded from out of town so getting my car repaired where I made it home safely was most appreciated.
Service department is a “well oiled machine”! Fast, friendly service in a very clean environment.

I am not tech savvy and David continuously helps me with WiFi, internet connection, and understanding of dashboard panel. David is very kind and diligent to make you feel comfortable in asking questions. He always goes out of his way for you as a customer. He is a keeper. I have so much respect David and this company. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

I took the car in for recall work, and it was not starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again. They made no effort to make it right except for me to get somebody else to help me get it started and to figure out how to get it back to the dealership.
